Do Not Say “If Only I Had” When Buying A Knoxville Home

How many times have you said to yourself after the fact, “If only I had”.  If only I had bought Apple stock when it was $100 per share. If only I had said something sooner that wouldn’t have happened. If only I had known back then what I know now.  Well, now is an opportunity for you to do now, what you will wish you had done a year from now.

• What is that?  Buying a Knoxville home.
• Why is that?  Because all signs are pointing to both mortgage rates and Knoxville home prices rising.
• What does that mean for you? Two things:

1. Your monthly mortgage payment will be significantly higher if you wait.
2. The dollar amount of home you can qualify for will be less.
