The following Knoxville Home Preview is located at 129 Eagle Ridge Road, Rockwood, TN 37854.  Not in my usual stomping grounds but I enjoyed doing this preview for a client from Florida who is looking for a rustic Tennessee getaway.  This Jim Barna log home is just that. Beautifully crafted and priced well under construction cost, it has sat vacant for approximately a year and needs some TLC.  With the right love and attention this could be a wonderful place to escape.  Although this development did not survive the downturn and the majority of the lots are bank owned, this is still a steal of a deal.  Word has it that the owner has over $450,000 into this home.  My clients wanted a project, and this could be the perfect one.
